Sinyinda represented Senanga Central in the [[National Assembly (Zambia)|National Assembly]], as a member of the [[Movement for Multi-Party Democracy]].<ref></ref><ref name="zw"/> Sinyinda had served as the Deputy Minister of Education.<ref name="Bank2010"></ref><ref></ref> He was appointed Ngambela of Barotseland on January 31, 2012, succeeding Maxwell Mututwa.<ref name="zw"/>

==Resignation==

Sinyinda announced his resignation on November 10, 2012, claiming that the [[Litunga]] did not provide his office with sufficient authority nor security.<ref></ref><ref name="Mbikusita-Lewanika2017"></ref>
