'''Land purchase transaction and land records'''
Even today, both parties intend to secretly and quickly deal with the purchase of land. We are getting a good price of land, the person taking the land is new in practice, so he does not know the rights and heirs so that due to various reasons it is appropriate to keep the subject confidential, the sale of land dues remains confidential. Difficulties arise or are more likely to occur when the ownership of every land is registered. It includes a large number of inherited rights, not being a legal deal, getting less money, asking for more money, dealing with pressures, pressing for political and social reasons, etc.
