ＡＩ導入企業４７％ 効率化へ研究進む国内の主要企業１２１社を対象に、毎日新聞が人工知能（ＡＩ）の活用状況を尋ねるアンケートを実施したところ、５割弱が一部業務で既に導入していると回答した。具体的な導入予定がある企業と合わせると７割近くに達した。人手不足が進み、長時間労働の是正も求められる中、業務効率化のための導入が今後も広がりそうだ。
