Piancastelli played her college career for the [[McNeese State Cowgirls]] from 2015-18, where she is a multiple record holder, and is also the [[Southland Conference]] leader in [[Run batted in|RBI]]s, [[home runs]], [[doubles (baseball)|doubles]], [[slugging percentage]] and [[Base on balls|walks]], while enjoying the rare feat of being named the four-time conference Player of The Year. She also plays interntional softball for [[Italy]]. She is one of 9 [[NCAA Division I]] softball hitters to amass a .400 [[batting average]], 200 RBI, 50 home run and .800% slugging career.
