In [[Greek mythology]] '''Ida''' (), according to [[Diodorus Siculus]], was the daughter of [[Corybas (mythology)|Corybas]], who gave his name to the [[Corybantes]]. Ida married [[Lycastus]], the king of [[Crete]], who was the son of the [[Minos]] the first king of Crete. She bore Lycastus a son, also named Minos, who succeeded Lycastus as the "second" king Minos of Crete.<ref>Grimal, s.v.
