On 31 December 2018 at about 20:50 [[GMT]], three people were stabbed in a knife attack at [[Manchester Victoria station]]. The alleged attacker stabbed a man and woman in their 50s, and a [[British Transport Police]] officer. A man has been held on suspicion of attempted murder.
