Constable David Wynn was a [[Canadians|Canadian]] [[police officer]] in the [[St. Albert, Alberta|St. Albert]] [[Royal Canadian Mounted Police|RCMP]] in [[Alberta|Alberta.]] Wynn was shot and and killed at St. Albert's [[Apex Casino]] during a routine license plate check. He had found a plate that did not match the vehicle, and went inside to investigate.
